What Affects the Time

How to Plan Around It
Because a domestic scaffold typically goes up in a morning, you can usually book erection for the day before your roofer, painter or builder starts no need to lose days waiting. At the other end, dismantling is generally faster than erection, so a scaffold can often come down and be removed in a single visit once the works are signed off. Remember hire is charged by the week from a one-week minimum, so co-ordinating trades to make full use of each week keeps costs down.
